I conducted a competitor analysis for employee engagement practices of NBCU and its competitors based on information provided in their external communications platforms, ranging from employee events to websites to perks/benefits to social media.

With the use of data analytics from Campaign Monitor and research from credible sources, I analyzed the performance and engagement on NBCUniversal's companywide newsletter Topline then proposed changes for improving the newsletter's performance.
